How we ship

Free US shipping over $75. Made-to-order in Detroit, USA.

Production

2–7 business days. We print after you order. No warehouse, no waste, no overstock. Production starts within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage, 3–5 business days post-production.

Total time from order → doorstep: typically 5–12 business days. We notify at every step.

International

US-only for now. International coming via Shopify Markets when the lane is ready.

Returns

Standard exchanges and store credit within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

What we can't return

Made-to-order means we printed it for you. Personalized, monogrammed, or final-sale items are not eligible for refund. Standard sizes in standard colors are.

Damaged / wrong item

Email hello@modusclothing.co within 7 days with order # and photos. We replace at our cost.

How to start a return

Email hello@modusclothing.co with your order number and the reason. We respond within 24 hours and send a prepaid label for valid returns.
